Welcome to Reproductive Assistance Inc. We are an egg donation and surrogate agency located in the Midwest United States in Cincinnati, Ohio. We are also serving the Southwest with an office in the Dallas, Texas area. I started this company in 2002 because I was like you. I had been down the road of infertility and knew the challenges. There is a 1 in 8 chance you either know someone or you are experiencing the challenges of infertility yourself. As a result, I started Reproductive Assistance Inc. in hope to make the process of finding and choosing an egg donor, surrogate, or gestational carrier, as quick, easy, and painless as possible for each and every family.

Our goals are reflected in our Mission Statement:
“Reproductive Assistance Inc. exists to make the process of finding and choosing an egg donor, surrogate, or gestational carrier as quick, easy, and painless as possible. We strive to match the requests of each family to the best of our abilities.”

We feel that each family should be able to choose those specific traits or characteristics that are important to your family. All of our donors, surrogates, and gestational carriers go through a rigorous application and screening process. Our agency is registered and follows ASRM guidelines related to egg donation.  Total payments to donors in excess of $5,000 require justification and sums above $10,000 are unethical and forbidden.

Our function is to provide families with options. We work with your physician group once you have selected a donor, surrogate, or gestational carrier, and we will help coordinate the screening appointments and monitor the entire process. Since I started this company in 2002, I have been able to help families across the world. As a result of our growth and success, RAI gave away its first free egg donor cycle in April of 2008. We hope to make this a yearly tradition.
